About automatic recurring billing

  1. Payment method
     Automatic recurring billing will be deducted from your iTunes account.

  2. Renewal of contract period
     If you do not cancel the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end date of the term, the contract term will be renewed automatically. Automatic renewal charges will be made within 24 hours after the end of the contract period.

  3. How to change / cancel subscription on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch
     (1) Open the Settings app.
     (2) Tap the user name and tap "Subscription". *
     (3) Tap the subscription you want to change or cancel. If you don't see the subscription you want
     (4) Choose another option or tap "Cancel Subscription". If you do not see Cancel Subscription, you have already canceled (and will not be renewed).
     (5) We do not accept cancellations for the current month.
     (6) If you are charged within the app, you cannot cancel by any other method.
     
     \ * If you don't see "Subscriptions" in the Settings app, tap "iTunes and App Store" instead. Tap your Apple ID (usually your email address), then tap Show Apple ID. Sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.

  4. Check purchase history
     (1) Open the Settings app.
     (2) Tap the user name and tap "iTunes and App Store".
     (3) Tap the Apple ID and tap "Show Apple ID". You may see a sign-in screen.
     (4) Scroll to "Purchase History" and tap it. If you want to see the history of purchases made more than 90 days ago, tap Last 90 Days and select a date range.
     (5) Find the item and tap “Billing Total”.
     (6) On this screen, you can:
      -To apply for a refund or report a problem with an item, tap the item, then tap "Report a problem" and fill out the details of the problem.
      ・ To check the purchase date of the item or the device used for the purchase, tap the item.
      ・ To send a new receipt email to yourself, tap "Resend". You cannot send receipts for free items.
