Article 3 (Application)

Article 4 (charge)

Article 5 (Notification)

Article 6 (Attribution of Rights / License)

The User retains the copyright and all other rights held by the Service or prior to transmission, posting or display through the 10 Year Diary Service.

Except for this limited license and the rights granted to the 10-year diary in these Terms, you confirm and agree that the 10-year diary does not obtain any rights, ownership or interest in any of your content.

Article 10 (Suspension, cancellation, etc. of 10-year diary service)
If any of the following items apply, without any notice to the customer, stop or suspend the provision of all or part of the 10-year diary service, or communicate with the customer without giving notice It is possible to cancel the service use contract (hereinafter referred to as "this contract").

Article 11 (Abolition of 10-year diary service)

All or part of the service can be abolished at any time by displaying it on the customer's 10-year diary homepage, this site, this application or similar media.
If this service is abolished based on the preceding paragraph, this agreement shall naturally be terminated at the time of such abolition.

Article 12 (Personal information)
Regarding the services provided by the 10-year diary, we will endeavor to properly handle and manage the personal information of users based on the "10-year diary privacy policy".

Article 13 (E-mail magazine)
The Company will not deliver e-mail newsletters for various information related to services, products, campaigns, etc. to the mobile phone number or e-mail address registered by the customer.

Article 14 (Compensation for damages)

If the customer causes damage to the 10-year diary due to reasons attributable to him / her using the 10-year diary service, all damages (including lawyer fees and legal fees). Liability for damages.
In the event that a customer receives a claim or request from another customer or a third party or a dispute arises regarding the use of the 10-year diary service, the customer shall resolve it at his own expense and responsibility. You.
In the case of the preceding paragraph, if the 10-year diary bears any expenses (including lawyer fees and litigation expenses, etc.), the customer shall pay the expenses to the 10-year diary.

Article 15 (non-guaranteed)

The 10-year diary will not be liable for any damages caused by the customer due to failure, damage, virus infection or failure of the terminal, line, radio wave, network or software, etc. used by the customer. Shall.

Article 17 (Limitation of Liability)
If for any reason the 10-year diary is liable for any damages caused by the customer regarding this agreement, the 10-year diary service, this site, this application or this agreement, the extent of compensation will be borne by the customer Limited to damages that have occurred directly and in reality, and for all other damages (including incidental, indirect, special, lost profits and extended damages), the presence or absence of foreseeability We shall not be liable for any damages. Article 18 (survival clause)
Even after this Agreement has been terminated for any reason, the provisions of Article 14 (Compensation for Damages) to this Article and Articles 20 (Prohibition of Transfer) to Article 24 (Jurisdiction) shall survive.

Article 19 (exclusion of antisocial forces)
